Basil Pesto

Cut salmon fillets. Remove the skin, if preferred. Place salmon in a baking dish.

Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.

Spread sauce over each piece of salmon. Make sure to coat all sides of the filet.

Bake salmon until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with fresh parsley or basil.

Can I use frozen salmon for this recipe?

You can  definitely use frozen salmon when making this dish. However, be sure to let it completely  thaw first.
