Oil Salt Russet Potatoes

KEY INGREDIENTS

Preheat the air fryer to 370˚F. Let it heat up for at least 3 minutes. While it's heating up, rinse and scrub the potatoes to remove any visible dirt and dry thoroughly.

INSTRUCTIONS

Poke each potato with a fork 8-10 times so it is able to release the stem while cooking. Drizzle oil over each potato and rub it in completely. Sprinkle salt over each one.

Place the prepared potatoes in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 35-50 minutes depending on the size, and flip halfway through cooking. Serve with a pat of butter, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, and green onions.
