Crispy and crunchy Air Fryer Fish is a flaky, white, fish dredged in a flavorful mayonnaise mixture, then coated in a seasoned cornmeal crust before being air fried to perfection. Make up this quick and easy dish in just 20 minutes for an easy weeknight meal.

INGREDIENTS

White Fish Filets Cornmeal All Purpose Flour Cajun Seasoning | Paprika Garlic Powder | Salt | Black Pepper Mayonnaise | Lemon Juice

Mix together cornmeal, flour, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice to separate bowl and whisk. Coat the fish in the mayonnaise mixture.

COMBINE

Then Dip each filet into the cornmeal mixture and coat all sides. 

COAT FILETS

Place coated fish into air fryer.  Cook at 400° for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.  Serve with tartar sauce, remoulade, or secret sauce.
