Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are the perfect blend of tender and crispy and so full of flavor. Red potatoes are tossed in a lemon-garlic sauce then topped with Parmesan cheese before roasting them in the air fryer.

Cut small red potatoes into quarters, or larger potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Whisk the oil and spices together until well combined.
Add the chopped potatoes and toss until well coated in the sauce. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and toss until potatoes are coated.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer and spread out in a single layer. Cook for 14-15 minutes, flipping once.
Serve the roasted potatoes with the remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
