Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps are a healthy, gluten-free, and low-carb lunch or dinner. This easy recipe is made with an entire rotisserie chicken and a good-for-you peanut butter sauce that will make you want to lick your plate!
Rotisserie Chicken | Soy Sauce Peanut Butter | Honey Rice Vinegar | Olive Oil | Sriracha Pepper | Garlic Powder Red Bell Pepper | Lettuce Roasted Peanuts | Green Onions
Shred pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Whisk soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, oil, sriracha, pepper and garlic powder together.
Add to the shredded chicken and diced bell pepper and toss to coat. Serve chicken mixture in a lettuce wrap and top with peanuts and green onions.
Feel free to serve it warm or cold depending on your taste preferences. Store chicken and lettuce separately between servings.
