These Avocado Fries are a surprisingly easy way to enjoy a unique twist on a classic side dish. Simply slice an avocado, dip each wedge in flour, egg wash, then seasoned crushed tortilla chips, and bake them in the oven. These fries are gluten-free and dairy-free and are a delicious side or appetizer for gameday.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut the avocados into 8 slices. In a bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. In another bowl whisk together the egg and milk. Mix crushed tortilla chips along with the seasonings in a third bowl.
Dip the avocado slices in the flour, then in the egg wash and then dredge them through the tortilla chips. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Be sure none of them are touching for the crispiest results.
Spritz them with cooking spray. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
