Avocado

Vegan sour cream

Onion powder

Lemon juice

Dill

Parsley

Garlic powder

Salt & pepper

Mayonnaise

Milk (or alternative)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add avocado, sour cream, and lemon juice to a food processor. Process for 30-60 seconds, or until the avocado is smooth.

Add mayonnaise, dill, parsley, powders, salt, pepper and milk. Process until ingredients are just combined.

PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH

Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes so the flavors can meld together before serving.

The flavor will be so much better if fresh dill & parsley are used. Save the mayo for last or it will end up separating if processed too long. If you don't have sour cream, switch out for yogurt instead.
