- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil - Balsamic Vinegar - Maple Syrup - Salt

Add ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 20-30 seconds, until smooth.

Alternatively, you can whisk together ingredients in a bowl or shake until incorporated in a mason jar.

WHISK

Serve immediately on top of your favorite salad. It can also add flavor to steaks, chicken, and vegetables.

SERVE

This balsamic vinaigrette can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 months between servings.

STORE

You can use a mini-prep food processor, NutriBullet blender, or a Vitamix with similar results.  Each serving is about 2 Tablespoons
