When you're looking for a healthy yet easy dinner, turn to this Beef Stir-Fry Recipe! It is so quick and simple to sauté beef, broccoli, peppers, and sauce on the stovetop for a satisfyingly delicious dish.

Flank Steak | Olive or Avocado Oil Bell Peppers | White Onion Broccoli | Soy Sauce Brown Sugar | Ginger Paste Garlic Cloves | Chicken Broth Sriracha | Sesame Oil | Cornstarch FOR SERVING Toasted Sesame Seeds  Green Onions Rice or Cauliflower Rice

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cook flank steak in oil for 6-8 minutes, flipping over halfway through, or until it is no longer pink.  Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside on a large plate.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes. Then whisk together the sauce ingredients.

Add the steak and the sauce and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.  In a small bowl whisk together the cornstarch slurry. Mix the slurry into the skillet, and continue to cook  for a couple of minutes until the sauce has thickened up.

Serve beef and broccoli stir-fry over rice with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
