With this easy recipe for California Roll, you can enjoy the best fresh sushi whenever you like! Sliced avocado and imitation crab salad are rolled up in vinegar seasoned rice and a sheet of roasted nori seaweed.

Sushi Rice Imitation Crab  Mayonnaise | Avocado Cucumber | Nori | Salt Sesame Seeds

KEY INGREDIENTS

Prepare the sushi rice, julienne the cucumber and cut the avocado into slices.  Add the crab meat sticks to a large bowl and shred with two forks. Add mayo and mix until well combined.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place one sheet of nori on a sushi mat. Add rice onto the rough part of the nori.  Spread out with a rice paddle. Wet your fingers and spread the rice out to the edges.

Sprinkle on sesame seeds. Flip the nori over onto the bamboo mat. Place crab, avocado slices and cucumber. Roll by pushing away from you. Cut each roll into 8-10 pieces.
