Prepare the sushi rice, julienne the cucumber and cut the avocado into slices.
Add the crab meat sticks to a large bowl and shred with two forks. Add mayo and mix until well combined.
Place one sheet of nori on a sushi mat. Add rice onto the rough part of the nori.
Spread out with a rice paddle. Wet your fingers and spread the rice out to the edges.
