Preheat the oven to 375°F. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Add the mushrooms to a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add crab meat and green onions and gently mix them together. Fill each mushroom cap with the crabmeat mixture.
Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over each mushroom. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops become crispy and golden brown. Serve topped with chives and paprika.
