Thinly slice the bell pepper and cut the onion into thin slices. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.

Sauté for 30-60 seconds. Add sliced peppers, onions, and seasonings. Cook for 7-8 minutes.

For more of a char, let the veggies sit for a minute or two before stirring. Watch closely so they don't burn.
