Garlic Parmesan Baked Chicken Wings

Skip the deep frying and bake Parmesan Garlic Wings in the oven for a secretly healthy but still super crispy appetizer recipe. Serve for a Super Bowl party or any game day for an amazingly delicious low-carb snack!

KEY INGREDIENTS

Wingettes | Olive Oil Lemon Juice | Garlic Black Pepper | Red Pepper Flakes Salt | Cornstarch Parmesan Cheese  Italian or Ranch Dressing

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, both peppers, and salt. Add wing portions and toss to coat. Sprinkle cornstarch over the chicken wings to distribute evenly.

COAT THE WINGS

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil then place a wire rack on top. Layer wings in a single layer, skin side-down. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH! Bake chicken wings in preheated oven for 40-45 mins, flipping halfway through.

TIME TO COOK

Broil on a high broil for 2-4 minutes then sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Serve baked wings immediately with ranch or Italian dressing.
