KEY INGREDIENTS

- Sweet Kernel Corn - Flour - Baking Powder - Paprika - Garlic Powder - Salt - Black Pepper - Sugar (optional) - Cilantro - Eggs - Milk - Shredded Cheese - Avocado Oil - Green onions - Sour Cream

Whisk together flour, baking powder, paprika, salt, pepper, & sugar in a large bowl.   Add corn, cilantro, whisked eggs, milk, & cheese until combined.

MIX THE BATTER

Divide the batter evenly into 10 portions for the fritters (about 1/3 cup each).

MEASURE

Place 4-5 fritters at a time evenly spaced onto a preheated skillet with oil. Press each one down lightly with a spatula & cook 3-4 minutes per side. Look for fritters to fluff up & turn lightly browned & crispy.

FRY IN SKILLET

If desired, top with sour cream & chopped green onion. Serve warm.
