KEY INGREDIENTS

Biscuits - Butter - Granulated Sugar - Egg - Xanthan Gum - Tapioca starch - Flour - Salt Icing - Eggs Whites - Butter - Powdered Sugar - Food Coloring - Milk

Preheat oven to 375°.  Combine butter and sugar. Mix until just combined.  Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract. Continue mixing for 1-2 minutes.

COMBINE

In a separate bowl, combine white rice flour tapioca starch, xanthan gum, and salt. Toss to combine.  Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture. Mix until it starts to form a ball.

DRY INGREDIENTS

Place dough on a lightly powdered, sugar-coated surface.  Roll out and cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters.  Bake 9-11 minutes at 375 degrees.

BAKE

Create icing of choice (swipe up for options and instructions.)  Once completely cool, decorate cookies as desired.  Serve and enjoy!

SERVE

To Store: Seal in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days. To Freeze: Seal in a freezer-safe, airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months.
