This Easy Pineapple Chicken Recipe is the best way to enjoy a takeout favorite at home. It is made in one pan with canned pineapple chunks, cubed chicken, vegetables, and a sticky-sweet yet slightly tangy sauce.

Pound chicken to 1 inch thick and cut into cubes. Blend the sauce ingredients together until smooth. Marinate chicken in the sauce for 15-20 minutes.
