Chicken Thighs | Cornstarch Flour | Soy Sauce Hoisin Sauce | Brown Sugar Rice Vinegar | Ginger Garlic | Sriracha Sauce White Rice | Green Onions Toasted Sesame Seeds
Trim chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Whisk together cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thigh pieces and toss until all are completely coated.
Cook coated chicken pieces for 7-8 minutes in hot oil, flipping halfway through. Remove the chicken and let drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients, pour in sauce and bring to a boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally or until sauce is reduced by almost half.
Add in cooked chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve General Tso’s Chicken over a bed of white rice with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
