KEY INGREDIENTS

- Chicken Thighs - Flour - Cornstarch - Salt - Black Pepper - Avocado Oil - Soy Sauce - Hoisin Sauce - Brown Sugar - Rice Vinegar - Ginger - Garlic - Sriracha Sauce - White Rice - Green Onions

Whisk together cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper.  Trim excess fat from the chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces.  Add chicken pieces to flour mixture and toss until completely coated.

Whisk together the sauce ingredients. Pour sauce into skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add in cooked chicken and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
