Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl. Whisk until combined. Mix honey, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir together until just combined.

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp of butter and let it melt. Scoop 1/3 cup of batter and slowly pour into the skillet.

Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes per side. Flip when the batter begins to bubble all over.  Store pancakes in a warm oven while cooking the remaining.
