Peanut Butter Powdered Sugar Graham Crackers** Vanilla Salt Chocolate Chips **My secret ingredient!

KEY INGREDIENTS

Process the graham crackers in a food processor until they are a fine crumb.  Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham crackers, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl until well combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

PROCESS

Dust a cutting board with powdered sugar. Roll the dough and use an egg-shaped cookie cutter to shape the dough. Place on a wax paper lined plate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.  Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Use a fork to dip the eggs into the melted chocolate.

CUT

Allow to rest on wax paper until chocolate is completely firm before serving.  You can also refrigerate to speed up the process.
