Hot Honey Chicken is PACKED with flavor and so easy to make for dinner! Chicken breasts are pounded thin, breaded, oven-fried, and then drizzled with a spicy-sweet hot honey sauce made with red pepper flakes.

Pound chicken until 1/2-3/4 inch thick and cut into portions. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss until it’s well coated.
Make the breadcrumb mixture. Coat the egg-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture. Bake on a baking sheet for 20-22 minutes.
Bring honey to a boil, remove from heat and mix in red pepper flakes, vinegar, garlic powder, and salt. Let spices steep in honey for 5-10 minutes. Strain out spices if desired.
Drizzle the baked chicken with hot honey just before serving and add a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Enjoy!
