HOW TO BOIL EGGS

Add eggs to a pan in a single layer then fill with cold water so it covers the eggs by 1 inch.

Bring to a rolling boil then remove from the heat & cover. Let the eggs cook for the following times:

6 MINUTES

8 MINUTES

FOR SOFT-BOILED EGGS

10 MINUTES

12 MINUTES

FOR HARD-BOILED EGGS

TOP TIPS

Once boiled, add eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes. This makes them SO easy to peel!

To avoid a green ring, don't cook for too long!

Use cold water and cold eggs.  You want them both to be at a similar temperature.

It’s easier to peel freshly cooked eggs, so peel before storing them for the best results.
