KEY INGREDIENTS

- Sweet Potatoes - Salt

Bring a large pot of water with a pinch of salt to a rolling boil. Peel potatoes and cut sweet potato into chunks.

PREP POTATOES

Carefully add sweet potatoes to boiling water and boil until cooked through.

ADD TO WATER

Drain sweet potatoes in a colander and use in your favorite recipes.

DRAIN

Make sure you have enough water so the sweet potatoes are covered by at least 1" of water. It's better to have more water than not enough water.  You can also boil whole with the skin on. Be sure to pierce each sweet potato with a fork 7-8 times.

Use in your favorite Mashed Sweet Potatoes Recipe, Sweet Potato Pie, or Sweet Potato Casserole.
