Cut the ends: Using a large chef's knife, cut and remove both ends of the watermelon.  Remove The Rind: Place the watermelon on one of the cut ends. Insert knife where the white meets the pink flesh. Follow the curve of the melon.

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove The White: Remove any remaining white parts from the melon.  Cut The Flesh: Cut the watermelon lin half length wise.  Cut Into Sticks: Put one cut side down and cut 1 inch sticks.

Cut Into Cubes: Place all the sticks together and cut into 1 inch cubes.  Alternatively you can cut into wedges. Cut a watermelon into quarters. Cut 1/2 inch to 1 inch wedges.
