KEY INGREDIENTS

- Garlic - Avocado Oil - Salt

Preheat oven to 400°.  Peel and remove any excess papers around the outer layer of the garlic cloves. Cut the top of the head of garlic to expose all of the cloves.

PEEL THE SKIN

Drizzle olive or avocado oil onto each head of garlic and rub the cloves. Sprinkle each with salt. 

DRIZZLE

Place garlic cut side up in a pan, cover pan with parchment paper and then aluminum foil.  Or, wrap each head in parchment paper and then foil. Place packets on baking sheet.

WRAP

Bake for 40-60 minutes.  Remove foil and allow to cool. Place a small spoon around the rim of each clove, twist to loosen, and push down to pop out the cloves. 

BAKE

To Store: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or up to a week if stored in olive oil.  To Freeze: Place the cloves in a single layer on a baking sheet in the freezer. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer-safe container for up to  3 months.
