Super cute and personal, these individual healthy 7-layer dips are my guests’ favorite snack at parties! This dip recipe is perfect for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or even Game Day parties.
Avocado | Lime Juice | Salt Pepper | Greek Yogurt | Cumin Paprika | Salsa | Black Beans Corn | Tomatoes | Green Onions Queso Fresco
To make the guacamole layer combine avocados, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mash the ingredients until the desired consistency is reached.
In another bowl combine yogurt, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Fill the plastic cup with guacamole, yogurt mixture, salsa, black beans, corn, tomatoes, green onions, and queso fresco.
Repeat the steps until all ingredients are gone. Serve the individual 7-layer dip cups immediately with tortilla chips or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
