Adobo Sauce | Adobo Chiles | Beef Broth | Lime Juice |  Apple Cider Vinegar | Molasses | Garlic | Cumin | Oregano | Paprika | Salt | Pepper | Roast | Oil | Onion | Green Chiles |  Bay Leaves

KEY INGREDIENTS

Add oil to an instant pot set to the sauté function. Add beef with salt and pepper. Sear on all sides for a total of 4-5 minutes.  Remove from pot and add oil and diced onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove beef from the pot and add oil and diced onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add all chipotle sauce ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.

SAUCE

Add the chipotle sauce and diced chiles to the pot. Stir to combine. Top with bay leaves. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
