Butter | Sugar | Sour Cream Milk | Eggs | Vanilla Extract Flour | Baking Powder | Salt Brown Sugar | Cinnamon Powdered Sugar
Whisk the wet ingredients together, add the dry ingredients, and mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients together. Then prepare the muffin tins.
Fill each cavity with the muffin batter to ⅓-½ full. Sprinkle with cinnamon swirl mixture, pour in remaining batter and swirl with a toothpick.
Mix the crumb topping ingredients together and sprinkle equal amounts on top of the muffins, pressing it in lightly to the batter so it sticks.
Bake the muffins for 5 minutes at 425F. Reduce the heat to 375F and continue cooking for an additional 15-17 minutes.
