Preheat the oven to 375°. Whisk melted butter, garlic, basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.Lay a large piece of foil on a baking sheet, and a slightly smaller piece of parchment paper on top.
Lay salmon fillets on paper with slight gap between. Pour over half of the lemon basil sauce.Top each fillet with one lemon slice. Close paper and foil around salmon to make a packet.
Bake for 14-16 minutes. Open the foil, pour remaining lemon-basil sauce over fillets, and return to oven under a High broil for 5-7 minutes. Once salmon starts to brown, remove and serve immediately. Enjoy!
