Cook the sausage. Remove from pot and let drain. Brown the chicken and let drain.

Sauté the Veggies. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute, then stir in the broth.

Stir in the white rice, diced tomatoes, and seasonings. Add the chicken and sausage.

Bring to a boil then simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes. Serve with fresh parsley.
