KEY INGREDIENTS

- Cherry Tomatoes - Olive Oil - Garlic Cloves - Salt - Black Pepper - Fresh Herbs

Preheat oven to 400°.  Cut tomatoes in half. You can leave them whole, but will need to roast them a little longer.

SLICE TOMATOES

Toss together halved tomatoes, oil, crushed garlic, salt, & pepper in a large bowl until well-coated.

SEASON TOMATOES

Roast for 20-25 minutes at 400° or until the skin begins to shrivel.

BAKE TOMATOES

Serve with fresh herbs for extra flavor.
