Pasta Primavera with Lemon Garlic Butter is a quick and easy weeknight dinner recipe that is packed full of vegetables. Simply toss pasta, asparagus, tomatoes, squash, onions, bell peppers, and Parmesan cheese in a delicious butter sauce.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Preheat oven to 425˚. Toss zucchini, squash, pepper, onion, and asparagus in a large bowl with seasonings.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the vegetables on a large parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Add butter, lemon juice, zest, and crushed garlic to the same pot the pasta was cooked in. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

Add cooked pasta, pasta water, and vegetables. Toss until the pasta is well coated. Add basil, parmesan, tomatoes, and salt to taste. Toss to combine.  Serve and Enjoy!
