Peanut Butter Blossoms are a classic cookie that has the perfect nutty and chocolate balance. These soft and chewy gluten-free treats are full of peanut butter and topped with a Hershey’s kiss. This recipe is delicious at a Christmas or holiday party or just on a weekday afternoon!
Flour | Baking Soda | Salt Baking Powder | Butter Peanut Butter | Brown Sugar Sugar | Egg | Vanilla Extract Hershey's Kisses
Add butter, peanut butter, brown and white sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to a bowl and beat until combined. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together. Combine with wet ingredients and mix well.
Roll the cookie dough into balls and toss into some sugar. Be sure to coat the whole cookie. Refrigerate the dough balls for 2 hours. Add cookie dough balls to a parchment paper lined baking sheet, making sure they are at least 1-inch apart.
Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes. When they are done baking stick a Hershey's kiss on top. Allow cookies to cool before serving.
