Peanut Butter Eggs are one of the best things about Easter, and even better when they are homemade! This recipe is an easy version of the Reese’s classic with simple ingredients like peanut butter and chocolate.
Process the graham crackers in a food processor until they are a fine crumb. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham crackers, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl until well combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Dust a cutting board with powdered sugar. Roll the dough and use an egg-shaped cookie cutter to shape the dough. Place on a wax paper lined plate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Use a fork to dip the eggs into the melted chocolate.
