Whisk Bisquick, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in milk, eggs, and melted butter.

Add cheese and stir until mixture is just combined. Scoop biscuits onto a baking sheet.

Bake the biscuits for 14-16 minutes. Combine melted butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

When the biscuits are just out of the oven, brush the tops with the buttery topping. Serve.
