Roasted Cabbage Steaks
Ground spices such as paprika & cumin would also taste great
Remove any dark leaves & 1" stem from the end of the cabbage. Cut side-down on a cutting board and slice into 3/4-1” steaks.
Place steaks on a lined baking pan. Whisk together oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl & brush onto steaks. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-22 minutes.
TIPS & TRICKS
Reheat in air fryer, oven or skillet instead of microwave to avoid going soggy!
Buy a 6-8 inch head of cabbage to get thick slices.
Brush both sides of the steaks with sauce.
