Sweet Potatoes Olive Oil | Salt | Pepper Parsley
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Chop sweet potatoes into cubes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper to combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the sweet potatoes out onto the sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes but be sure to flip half way.
Once the potato cubes are done serve with salt, pepper, and cilantro or parsley.
