Roasted Vegetable Pasta Bake

Weeknights just got easier with this hearty, healthy, and oh-so-comforting Roasted Vegetable Pasta Bake recipe!

Peppers

Breadcrumbs

Squash

Oil

Mozzarella

Parmesan

Butter

Onion

Spread veggies in the pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices.

Mix in the cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce, shredded cheese, and roasted vegetables.

Carefully sprinkle a cheese and breadcrumb mixture over the top of the pasta in the baking dish.

Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are turning lightly golden brown and it’s hot throughout.
