HOW TO MAKE

Peel & chop the salmon fillets. Add to a food processor and pulse until finely diced. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper in a bowl then add salmon to the mixture.
SALMON BURGERS
Add chives, dill & breadcrumbs. Mix by hand then divide into 4 portions. Form into patties by hand or by using a round biscuit cutter. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before cooking.
MIX BY HAND
In a large skillet over medium heat add oil and cook salmon burgers for 4-5 minutes per side.
COOK
Add avocado, sour cream, and lemon juice to a food processor. Process until smooth. Add mayonnaise, dill, parsley, powders, salt, pepper and milk. Process until just combined.
AVOCADO RANCH
Serve salmon burgers on a bed of arugula or in a hamburger bun with Avocado Ranch and slices of tomato. Enjoy!
