Sautéed Mushrooms are the best way to take any steak or chicken dish over the top! Simply cook sliced button, baby Bella, or  Portobello mushrooms in a skillet, then finish with a delicious garlic butter sauce and fresh herbs.

Olive or Avocado Oil Butter Mushrooms Garlic Cloves Salt And Pepper

KEY INGREDIENTS

Add oil and butter to a large skillet over medium-high heat.  Once the butter is melted, add the sliced mushrooms in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving.

INSTRUCTIONS

Flip them over and continue cooking for a few more minutes. Make a well in the center and add butter and garlic. Sauté until garlic is fragrant.

Add salt and pepper, to taste, reduce heat and continue cooking the mushrooms for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Serve immediately with a sprinkle of finely chopped fresh parsley, or other herbs.
