KEY INGREDIENTS

- Sriracha Sauce - Mayo - Lemon Juice - Garlic

Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl.  If you plan on storing the sauce for future use, you can save dishes and mix in an airtight container.

COMBINE

Stir until well combined.  Using a whisk is the best way to make sure all of the flavors are incorporated.

MIX

Serve with baked sweet potato fries or sweet potato hash. Enjoy!

SERVE

To Store: Seal in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator. If fresh garlic is used, it will last for up to 2 weeks. It will last up to a month if garlic powder was used. 

NOTES

Double the batch and enjoy for weeks. Use this sauce instead of ketchup in a variety of recipes.  Sub out the sriracha sauce for another type of hot sauce to mix up the flavor.  Adjust the amount of each ingredient according to taste.
