Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps are loaded with Asian flavors and come together in under 20 minutes!

Brown Sugar

Carrots

Peanuts

Red Cabbage

Ground Chicken

Saute carrots until soft, then add garlic and cook for another 30-60 seconds.

Cook chicken until almost cooked through, and crumble using a potato masher or a fork.

Whisk the Thai sauce  ingredients together and combine with the ground chicken. Simmer.

Serve the Thai chicken immediately in lettuce wraps or cups with peanuts, cabbage and green onions. Enjoy!
