Sweet Mint

Prepare watermelon by cutting into ½-inch cubes. Peel or partially peel cucumber and cut into ½-inch cubes.

PEEL & PREP

Add all ingredients (including mint if serving immediately) to a large bowl and toss until they are well combined.
