This easy and refreshing Watermelon Frosé recipe makes the perfect slushy Summer drink. Once you know how to make this simple frozen rosé wine you can enjoy it by the pool, at potlucks, or any Summer party!
Rosé Wine Watermelon Chunks Honey Sweet Mint
Pour the rosé wine into a freezer-safe container. Cover with a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. It will be slushy, not frozen.
Cut watermelon into chunks and place in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a plastic container.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Add frozen wine and melon to a large blender along with the honey and mint.
Blend on medium-high speed for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
