Asian Ginger Salad Dressing

With only a few simple ingredients, and less than 5 minutes, you will be able to dress up your spinach salad with a an Asian ginger salad dressing!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce gluten-free, or Tamari
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger paste or crushed fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp. sugar or honey

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a mason jar and shake vigorously until well mixed. Alternatively, you can add ingredients to a small food processor or high-speed blender (such as a NutriBullet or Vitamix) and blend for 20-30 seconds.
  • Store Asian ginger dressing in refrigerator for up to one week between servings. Enjoy!
