Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe

This Honey Mustard Dressing is super easy to make, is a healthy alternative to the store-bought kind, and only takes 5 minutes from start to finish. Simply mix up olive oil, mustard, white wine vinegar, and honey then store in a jar.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 20-30 seconds, or until smooth.  

  2. Alternatively, you can whisk together ingredients in a bowl or shake until incorporated in a mason jar.

  3. Store honey mustard dressing in refrigerator for up to 1 month between servings. Enjoy!
