With only a few simple ingredients, and less than 5 minutes, you will be able to dress up your spinach salad with an Italian dressing vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice fresh
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a mason jar and shake vigorously until well mixed. Alternatively, you can add ingredients to a small food processor or high-speed blender (such as a NutriBullet or Vitamix) and blend for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Store zesty Italian dressing in refrigerator for up to one week between servings. Enjoy!
