Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts ends trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp. oil avocado or olive
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp. salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or Tamari, gluten-free
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • ½ - 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce depending on desired spice level
  • Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  1. Heat air fryer to 370°F for at least 3 minutes.

  2. Whisk together oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts and stir until they are well coated in the sauce.
  4. Place Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, tossing the basket halfway through cooking.

  5. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and Sriacaha sauce in a small bowl. Once the sprouts are done cooking, drizzle the sauce over all of them and toss to combine.

  6. Serve with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for an extra kick. Enjoy!

Meal Prep and Storage

  • To Prep-Ahead: This recipe should be enjoyed immediately after air frying, but you can slice the Brussels sprouts the day before.
  • To Store: Seal leftovers in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 5 days.
  • To Freeze: Place in a freezer-safe airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to 8 months. These are best frozen without sauce or toppings.
  • To Reheat: Pop Brussels sprouts back into the air fryer for a few minutes, or roast them in a 350℉ oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
