Peach Banana Smoothie Recipe

Creamy and silky-smooth, this Peach Banana Smoothie recipe is a healthy breakfast you can easily enjoy every morning! Simply and quickly blend frozen peaches, bananas, yogurt, milk, and the sweetener of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peaches 10 ounces, thawed for 5 minutes
  • 1 medium-sized banana cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ½ cup milk unsweetened*
  • ¼ cup yogurt plain*
  • 1-2 Tbsp. sweetener optional
  • 1 tsp. lime zest optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender such as a Vitamin or Nutribullet. Place the softer ingredients closer to the blade and the frozen ingredients further from the blade.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with diced peaches, additional lime zest, and a straw. Enjoy!
