- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper optional
Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl of the jar you’ll be storing it in. Whisk together until well mixed.
Store in a cool dry place for up to a year.
Use 1 ½ tablespoons of seasoning mix per pound of ground meat. Enjoy!
